Titanium Side Engine Covers Bolt kit. Sold here in our Race Spec design. The key features are in the flanged hex head design which benefit from a reduced socket size that has been drilled to 1.6mm on each flat for ease of lock wiring and the inside of the hex is dished for additional weight saving with no compromise in strength. Designed for enthusiasts who truly value attention to detail. This kit will include all the bolts required to replace the bolts in the side engine casings for; - clutch covers - water pump housing - alternator cover - sprocket covers (where applicable) Manufactured from 6AL-4V (Grade 5) Titanium which offers fantastic corrosion resistance and durability. They are machined with rolled threads to give extra strength. The perfect upgrade from rusty originals. Remove one bolt at a time and replace with an identical length Pro-Bolt. Also included in the kit: - Copper Grease Sachet - Relevant Allen keys - Pro-Bolt Decal Sticker - Instructions provided for torque settings. Titanium is also available in black, which not only looks great but has other benefits too. This beautiful long lasting black finish results from an application of Diamond Like Carbon Coating (DLC) This gives supreme hardness and corrosion resistance provided by a Nano composite coating, which increases the fastener lifetime dramatically and helps to prevent galling. By incorporating them right from the beginning, the overall system cost can be held level or may even be reduced. Also available in Blue, Gold and Purple Haze anodised Titanium. Please note that our coloured Titanium is not identical to our Aluminium range.
